New Car Preservation
This is a custom care package that is specifically designed for new cars. A car that contains more than 2000kms could need extra attention and may be ineligible for this package.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! The New Car Preservation package is a service we perform on brand new cars (less than 2000 kms). It is often assumed that a new car does not need any attention. However, new cars often have paint defects and are "bare" or unprotected when they leave the dealership lot. When a car is not protected, it will age quickly and after a few short months it won't "pop" like it used to. This package will take a new car to the next level and preserve the new car look and feel well into the future. More specifics below...
Paint
Often new cars will have minor imperfections in the paint. These defects can come in many different forms. New cars are usually transported by train and the rail dust can become embedded in the paint. Also, cars can have factory sanding marks and scratches that were missed on the assembly line. Finally, new cars can obtain swirls because they are constantly being touched, washed, wiped, and rubbed with snow brushes while on the dealership lot. To remedy these imperfections, we will thoroughly remove these contaminants using proper soaps and clay. Then we will inspect the paint surface and polish out any remaining defects. Finally, we coat the paint in a wax to provide gloss and protection.

Plastics & Trim
All exterior plastics, vinyl and trim are cleaned and coated in a specialized formula to provide UV protection, hydration, and deliver a deep colour.
Interior & Leather
The interior will be steam-cleaned to remove any existing bacteria and leather seats will be given a healthy amount of leather conditioner to introduce proteins that extend the life and prevent leather from becoming dry and brittle. Interior plastics will be wiped down with a cleaner, conditioner and UV blocker.
Wheels, Calipers & Tires
After thorough cleaning, the wheels and calipers will be coated in a sealant to protect from brake dust and other contaminants. The tire walls will be hydrated with rubber conditioner.
Engine Bay
The engine is cleaned, steamed, and degreased if needed. All plastic and rubber surfaces will be hydrated to preserve and protect them. All paint surfaces under the hood will be cleaned, coated and sealed.
Windows
All windows will be treated with a hydrophobic coating for safer driving in wet weather.
When considering a New Car Preservation, Please instruct your dealer NOT to wash the vehicle or coat it in any paint sealants or wax
